Speech-Language Pathologist

Andrea Seskin is a nationally accredited Speech Language Pathologist who earned her Master’s Degree from Michigan State University and her Bachelor’s Degree from Wayne State University.

Andrea has 18 years of professional experience working as a speech therapist. Directly following her education, she was employed at Beaumont Hospital in their Center for Children’s Rehabilitation Department where she worked with patients individually and facilitated various speech-language groups. She interacted closely with a variety of specialists as well as physicians. During covid when services at the outpatient rehab center were put on hold, Andrea began working in the West Bloomfield School District providing speech therapy to preschool and elementary students. She centers her therapy in a fun, upbeat atmosphere while achieving goals rapidly.

Andrea can diagnose all speech-language disorders/delays from birth to 18; she specializes in apraxia, articulation, phonological processing delays, receptive/expressive language delays, voice disorders and fluency disorders but enjoys targeting all areas of communication.

When she is not working at our clinic, you will find her participating in barre classes to improve her mental and physical health as well as spending time with her husband and daughters.
