- Collect data on client progress, behaviors, and treatment goals during each session.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide training and support to caregivers to reinforce therapeutic techniques at home and in the community.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment sessions.
- Stay current with advancements in behavior analysis through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
